The petitioner seeks bail in a case for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 307 and 302 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. Considering the allegation that petitioner fired shot at Sita Devi, who died in course of treatment, and he has also criminal antecedent, in my opinion, he (petitioner) does not deserve bail. His prayer for bail is rejected.

Let the trial of the petitioner in Mokama P. S. Case no. 5 of 2012 be expedited.
