The petitioners seek bail in a case under Sections 302 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The father of the deceased Soni Kumari made allegation that his daughter Soni Kumari was married with Shiv Shankar Prasad on 11.05.2011 but all the accused persons killed his daughter on 30.09.2014 and her dead body was cremated. It is submitted that the petitioners are brothers-in-law of the deceased. No specific allegation is made against the petitioners. The informant himself participated in the cremation of the deceased but later on filed the case.

Considering the fact that the petitioners are brothers-

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.45186 of 2014 (2) dt.23-02-2015 in-law of the deceased and no specific allegation is made against the petitioners, the above named petitioners are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda at Biharsharif in connection with Chabilapur P.S. Case No. 20 of 2014.
