In this case, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Ramgarhawa P.S. Case No.211 of 2018, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 272, 273/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30 (a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.
Allegation has been made that 15 liters of Nepali liquor has been recovered from inside of the house of the petitioner.
Looking to the nature of allegation, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail is rejected.
