At an earlier occasion, prayer for bail of petitioner was rejected under Cr.Misc.No.53252/2013 considering his case at par with co-accused, Suresh Paswan @ Suresh Ram whose prayer for bail stood rejected under Cr.Misc.No.40348/2013. Learned counsel for the petitioner failed to disclose whether the aforesaid Suresh Paswan has been granted bail.

Accordingly, prayer for bail is rejected.

Learned lower court is directed to expedite the trial taking into account detention of petitioner.
