The petitioner being the wife of the elder brother of the husband of the victim is languishing in custody since 17.10.2014 a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302 and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation is of killing the daughter of the informant after three years of the marriage since the husband of the victim has illicit relationship with this petitioner. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is separate from the husband of the victim and was residing at Ranchi when the victim died at the

Considering the thrust of accusation against the husband of the victim and the petitioner being lady, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Barh, District - Patna in connection with Bakhtiyarpur P.S. Case No. 32 of 2013.
