The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant alleged that while he was going to Mithapur By-pass through Rajendra Nagar on his motorcycle, four persons came on motorcycles and looted money. It is submitted that the petitioner was apprehended and his confession was recorded but no looted article was recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Similarly situated co-accused has already been enlarged on bail. It appears that the petitioner confessed his guilt in Gardanibagh P.S. Case No. 61/2014 and, in that case, Rs. 3,50,000/- was recovered from the possession of the petitioner but no looted article of the present case was recovered from the

Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Smt.
