Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Khaira P.S.Case No.10 of 2019 , registered for offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 341, 323, 324, 354, 379 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

Fardbeyan disclosed that the petitioner and other accused persons came to the house of the informant and started abusing the informant . There is also allegation of assault and so far this petitioner is concerned, there is allegation that he tried to disrob the informant. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the FIR itself shows that there is land dispute between the parties and the informant happens to be aunt. In such view of

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM-X, Saran in connection with Khaira P.S.Case No.10 of 2019, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
