The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Barachatti P.S. Case No. 377 of 2018 registered under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. but in course of investigation, Md. Pravej was apprehended by the police, who confessed his guilt having his hand in the present case and also disclosed the name of the petitioner, showing the involvement of the petitioner in the present case and Md. Pravej has already been allowed privilege of pre-arrest bail by the court of Additional Sessions Judge-IV, Gaya. Further submission is that

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the A.C.J.M., Sherghati at Gaya, in connection with Barachatti P.S. Case No. 377 of 2018, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
