Learned counsel for the petitioner is expected to honour his undertaking given in the instant case for depositing the requisite court fee and to remove the defects as pointed out by the office when called upon to do so by the office.
The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 307, 427, 380, 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.32796 of 2020(4) dt.27-10-2021 2/3 with 25 other accused persons armed with lathi, sword and danda surrounded the informant and made assault. They also ransacked by breaking the door and taken away the ornaments and cash.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the allegation against the petitioner is omnibus and general and due to village politics, the present false case has been registered against the petitioner. Moreover, other similarly situated co-accused persons have been granted bail by a Co-ordinate bench of this Court vide order dated 02.06.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 39578 of 2020. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
In the facts and circumstance of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousands)
