====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE ORAL JUDGMENT Date : 21-09-2017 Claiming similar benefit, as is claimed by the petitioners, Pushpa Kumari and others in C.W.J.C. No. 11875 of 1998 and various other cases in a matter of granting service benefits to the petitioners based on the process of advertisement conducted in recruiting and training personnels, this writ petition has been filed.
Considering the fact that the relief claimed by the petitioners and the petitioners in C.W.J.C. No. 11875 of 1998 are identical, it was directed on 21.08.2000 that the cases be listed after decision of C.W.J.C. No. 11875 of 1998. Office has brought on record a detailed order passed by a coordinate Bench of this Court on 28.07.2011 in C.W.J.C. No. 11875 of 1998 (Pushpa Kumari & Ors. Vs. The State of Bihar & Ors.) wherein
Patna High Court CWJC No.4634 of 1999 dt.21-09-2017 3/3 identical writ petitions filed have been dismissed by a coordinate Bench of this Court.
In view of the above, for the grounds and reasons already considered in the case of Pushpa Kumari, no further indulgence into the matter is called for. These writ petitions are also dismissed and disposed of in identical terms. In case any benefit accrues to the petitioners by virtue of some observations made in the said writ petition, petitioners shall be free to claim the same in accordance with law.
