Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Country made liquor was recovered from possession of the petitioner. Petitioner has stated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent. He is in custody since 27.03.2019. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after completion of investigation against the petitioner on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Malsalami Police Station Case No. 139 of 2019 (Special Case No. 3357 of 2019),

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.32282 of 2019(2) dt.15-05-2019 2/2 with the following conditions:

(a) Both the bailors shall be the resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned court-below having immovable property.
