The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Sections 20(B)(ii), 21, 22, 25 and 27(A) of the N.D.P.S. Act. The petitioner is the driver of the truck, bearing registration no. UP-60T-1882. From the truck, huge quantity of Ganja kept in 18 bags, was recovered.

Having considered the facts aforesaid, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected.
