2. The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Makhdumpur P.S. Case No. 615 of 2023 instituted under Sections 302 and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Materials have come to connect the petitioner with the murder. The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail.

4. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner.

5. Considering the materials on record, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

6. Accordingly, this application stands dismissed.

7. If the petitioner surrenders within four weeks from today and prays for regular bail, the same shall be considered
