The petitioner, namely, Sheo Kumar Paswan, who is in custody since 27.05.2014 in connection with Shakurabad P.S. Case No.49 of 2014 for the offence punishable under Section 25 (1-b)a and 26 of the Arms Act.

The prosecution case is that from the possession of the petitioner, two thernet has been recovered. According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner has been falsely implicated and there is no independent witness witnessing the recovery from the possession of the petitioner. Considering the above facts and circumstances of the case, I

No.45619 of 2014 (2) dt.04-02-2015 2 / 2 direct that the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Jehanabad in connection with Shakurabad P.S.
