The petitioner is languishing in custody since 09.01.2015 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-B)a/26/35 of the Arms Act.
From the possession of the petitioner two live cartridges were recovered. Though, the petitioner and other accused persons were apprehended with a stolen motorcycle also. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the investigation has already concluded. Considering the nature of recovery, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.14912 of 2015 (02) dt.07-05-2015 2/2 amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhepura in connection with Gwalpara P.S. Case No. 02 of 2015.
Since the petitioner is accused in two other cases, the learned court below will be at liberty to cancel the bail bonds of the petitioner, if he substantially gets involved in some serious nature of offence or defaults for two consecutive occasions.
