JUSTICE SHIVAJI PANDEY ORAL ORDER 24-07-2019 Though the State has brought a bank draft of Rs.1,90,806 prepared on 11.05.2019 from the State Bank of India, but the counsel for the petitioners refused to receive the same on the plea that the amount, which has been mentioned in the bank draft, is not in terms of new rate prevalent in that area. In such view of the matter, if the petitioners are not agreeable to the rate on that basis calculation has been made, they are at liberty to take proper steps in accordance with law before the appropriate forum.

With this observations, this application stands disposed of.
