The petitioner seeks bail in Bhagwanganj P.S. Case No. 12 of 2021, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code. On the recovery of a dead body of unidentified person a FIR was lodged against unknown on the basis of fardbeyan of Chowkidar.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that during course of investigation, name of this petitioner has come in this case. There is no direct or indirect evidence against petitioner which shows his complicity in the alleged occurrence and he has falsely been implicated in this case merely on suspicion. Petitioner claims clean antecedent and he is in custody since 27.03.2021. Chargesheet has already been submitted.

No.42968 of 2021(3) dt.15-11-2021 2/2 Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner above-named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Masaurhi, Patna in connection with Bhagwanganj P.S. Case No. 12 of 2021.
