Petitioner has prayed for the following relief(s):- "(i) For a direction to the respondent authorities to make the payment of Rs. 40,41,321/- (Rs. forty lacs forty one thousand three hundred and twenty one) to the petitioner against the work performed by the petitioner vide agreement No. 02F2/2020-2021.
(ii) For directing the respondent authorities to make the payment of above stated amount with an interest of Rs. 18%.
(iii) For directing the respondent authorities to return the 5% security amount which is amounting to Rs.
Patna High Court CWJC No.3116 of 2021 dt.14-12-2021 2/2 3,24,000/- (Three lacs twenty four thousand) deposited by the petitioner with the respondent authorities. (iv) For any other relief/reliefs for which the petitioner is found entitled in the facts and circumstances of the case."
