In this case, the petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Manjagarh P.S. Case No. 304 of 2018 registered for offences under sections 30(a), 38, 41 of the Bihar Prohibition Act, 2016.

As per allegation, the police, on secret information, recovered 146 liter 880 ml. of illegal liquor from the maize field which were kept beneath the ground.

Looking to the entire facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is not inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner, above named, is rejected.
