JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 15-09-2022 After some argument, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to challenge the order dated 28.03.2019, passed by the District Magistrate, Araria, by filing appropriate appeal. Liberty so sought is granted. It is needless to state that in case the petitioner files appropriate appeal within a period of 4 weeks from today, the same shall be adjudicated by the Appellate Authority on merits without being impeded by the issue of limitation.

The present writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
