This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Rajoun P.S. Case No. 143 of 2018, disclosing offences under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 324, 325, 307, 379, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the general and omnibus nature of allegation made in the FIR, this Court has allowed the anticipatory bail to some of the similarly circumstanced accused persons by order dated 12.09.2018, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 51279 of 2018.

In view of the above, this application is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest/surrender within six weeks from today in the Court below, be released on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.80344 of 2018(2) dt.24-01-2019 2/2 bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Banka in Rajoun P.S.Case No. 143 of 2018, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438

(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

This is subject to the condition that the petitioner shall present himself before the Police/Court, as the case may be, as and when required and in the event of failure on his part to appear before the Court on two consecutive occasions, his bail bonds shall be liable to be cancelled.
