The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 304(B)/201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is submitted on behalf of petitioners that thrust of the accusation is against husband of the deceased, who is already in custody. So far as petitioners are concerned, petitioner no. 1 is devar (younger brother-in-law), petitioner no. 2 is nandosi (brother-in-law) and petitioner no. 3 is nanad (sister-inlaw). There is general and omnibus allegation. Petitioners are separate in mess and property and have got no concern with the family affairs of deceased and her husband.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as the fact that husband of the deceased is already in custody, let the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. - IV, Patna City, Patna in connection with Deedarganj P.S.
