Allegedly, petitioners were caught by the police while they were preparing illegal fire arms.
The contention on behalf of the petitioners is that according to the prosecution case itself, petitioners were caught on 18.09.2014 at 9 a.m. but the first information report was sent to the concerned court on 20.09.2014 and on the same day, petitioners were remanded to judicial custody and there is no explanation of the aforesaid delay. It is further contended by him that the petitioners were caught on mere suspicion and they do not have any criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the above stated petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/-each with two sureties
