JUSTICE SANDEEP KUMAR ORAL ORDER 05-07-2023 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Raghopur P.S. Case No. 209 of 2022 for the offence under Sections 304B, 201, 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 20.03.2023.

Petitioner was not present at the time of killing of the deceased. The petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each
