In this case, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Khanpur P.S. Case No. 137 of 2017 registered for offence punishable under sections 307, 323, 324/34, 341, 354 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code. Against the petitioner there is a direct allegation to have caused injury by Garasa and the court below also recorded the nature of injury on the head of the victim. Looking to the nature of allegation, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner and accordingly his prayer for bail is rejected.
