The petitioner seeks bail in Salkhua P.S. Case No. 178 of 2013 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 342, 324 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code.
The prayer for bail of the petitioner was recently rejected by this Court on 1.9.2014 in Cr. Misc. No. 33926 of 2014. There is no changed circumstance.
Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, for the reasons assigned in my aforesaid order dated 1.9.2014, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner for the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.11429 of 2015 (2) dt.18-03-2015 2 / 2 present. Accordingly, the prayer for bail is rejected. However, if the trial is not concluded within seven months from the date of framing of charge, the petitioner would be at liberty to renew his prayer for bail in the court below itself.
