This application has been filed for quashing the order dated 02.06.2016 passed by learned ADJ-II, Rohtas at Sasaram in Cr. Revision No. 435 of 2014 as well as the order dated 12.08.2014 passed by SDM, Dehri, Rohtas in Case No. 159M of 2014.
This application is disposed of with a direction to the parties to abide by the judgment of the Civil Court in Title Suit
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.34254 of 2016(4) dt.08-05-2023 2/2 No. 1136 of 2015.
The orders impugned shall be kept in abeyance and during pendency of the title suit the learned Executive Magistrate will not pass any order unnecessarily. If the parties have any emergent situation then they will file an application under the various provisions of Civil Procedure Code in the Court where the title suit is pending.
