Although it is a case under section 307 IPC read with section 3/4 of the Explosive Substance Act lodged by the informant against the petitioner but indisputably no one got any injury. It is alleged that a bomb like substance was thrown on the petitioner which however exploded at some other place. It has been submitted that the petitioner also lodged a case against the present informant in relation to an occurrence which had taken place on the same day in which injury was intended but not caused to the petitioner (informant of the case). The petitioner is in custody since 17.10.2014. Two other cases pending against him are minor in nature wherein he has been

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction Sri R.R. Raman, Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur in Lodipur P. S. Case No. 84/14 (G.R. 3986/14) on condition that one of the bailors shall be own/close family member of the petitioner. As soon as the charges are framed, the petitioner shall appear in person on each date fixed at the trial. In case of default in doing so on two consecutive dates, the trial court shall cancel his bail bonds.
