(i) The Marketing Discipline Guidelines 2018 (hereinafter referred to as 'impugned guidelines') issued by Respondent Corporations.

(B) A writ in the nature of mandamus or any other appropriate writ/s, order/s direction/s for the following reliefs:

(i) To call for all the records of Marketing Discipline Guidelines 2018, showing the procedure followed by the Respondent authorities for framing of such guidelines.

(ii) To restrain the respondent authorities from giving effect to the Marketing Discipline Guidelines 2018, till disposal of the instant case." After the matter was heard for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner, under instructions, seeks permission to withdraw the present petition reserving liberty to file a fresh petition, on the same and subsequent cause of action, if so required and desired.

Permission granted with liberty as prayed for. As and when any such petition is filed, the same
