2. This application has been filed for directing the respondents to provide Body Guard without payment to the petitioner to protect the life and property of the petitioner and his family members from the criminals.
3. If the authorities find that the petitioner has threat to his life, he may be provided personal Security Guard subject to the payment of cost by the petitioner to the Government.
4. If such an option is given by the petitioner, the
