The petitioners seek bail in anticipation of their arrest in connection with Sandesh P. S. Case No. 103 of 2018 dated 13.08.2018 instituted for the offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 304 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Because of an accident having taken place between two motor-cyclists, an occurrence took place between the petitioners and others who are alleged to have assaulted the members of the other side and also resorted to firing. Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.79945 of 2018(2) dt.17-01-2019 2/2 that despite such allegation in the F.I.R., there is no injury suffered by anybody.

The F.I.R. only reflects the anger of the informant and others because of such accident between two motorcyclists. Regard being had to the nature of accusation against the petitioners and taking into account that they are persons of clean antecedents, the petitioners, above-named, are directed to be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order, on their furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000 /- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate -IX, Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Sandesh P. S. Case No. 103 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C. (Ashutosh Kumar, J) skm/- U
