Heard learned senior counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State, Shri Chandra Bhushan Prasad. 2.

The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sasaram Mufassil P.S. Case No. 96 of 2021 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 8, 20(b)(ii)(c), 25 and 29 of the NDPS Act.

Learned APP, Shri Chandra Bhushan Prasad, at the outset, submits that counter-affidavit has been filed on 22-82025. It is next submitted that all prosecution witnesses have been examined.

Learned senior counsel for the petitioner does not dispute the said submission of the learned APP. 5.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
