The petitioner seeks bail in connection with G.R.P. (Patna) P.S. Case No. 254 of 2014 under Section 379 of I.P.C. The petitioner is not named in First Information Report. During the course of investigation The mobile of the informant was found used with the Sim no. 7727872914. The SIM was in the name of Sabuja Devi. Sabuja Devi disclosed that the petitioner, using her voter identity card got the SIM issued in her name. Considering the facts and nature of allegation that the petitioner is in jail since 23.08.2014, the petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Learned Railway Judicial Magistrate, Patna in connection with G.R.P. (Patna) P.S. Case No. 254 of 2014.
