The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 30(a) and 56(c) of the Bihar Excise Act.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was apprehended from the spot but later he was released by the police as it has been specifically pleaded at paragraph '19' of the anticipatory bail application, it is next submitted that police realizing it's difficulty did not keep the petitioner in custody.
At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present anticipatory bail application. Permission is accorded.
