====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE AHSANUDDIN AMANULLAH ORAL ORDER 26-08-2015 Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The present application has been filed for modification in the order dated 02.12.2014 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 43193 of 2014 in view of the fact that the petitioner being accused in other cases also could not be released in time so as to comply with the time-frame indicated in the said order. As the Block Development Officer, Araria is present in Court, he submits that notice has been sent to the petitioner to come and appear so that the issue can be resolved and the amount outstanding, if any, can be paid by the petitioner in terms of the order dated 02.12.2014. In view of the aforesaid, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he shall appear before the Block Development Officer, Araria within one week from today and the officer shall fix the final liability on the petitioner after

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.8063 of 2015 (4) dt.26-08-2015 2/2 reckoning the up-to-date account with the help of the petitioner. The same be done within the next one week and thereafter the amount so fixed be deposited by the petitioner within a further period of four weeks and the Block Development Officer, Araria shall issue no objection certificate to the petitioner to be produced before the Court below for the purposes of confirmation of his bail. Accordingly, the order dated 02.12.2014 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 43193 of 2014 stands modified only to the extent indicated above. The application stands disposed off in the aforementioned terms.
