2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Pipra P.S. Case No. 271 of 2021 registered for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 325, 447, 448, 379, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner has assaulted the victim with a Dabia on the head causing grievous injury to the victim.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 17.05.2023 and has clean antecedent. He further submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts and the period of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.38772 of 2024(4) dt.03-01-2025 2/2 custody, this application is allowed.

6. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge-III, Supaul/concerned Court below in connection with S.T. No. 29 of 2024 arising out of Pipra P.S. Case No. 271 of 2021.

7. As a condition of this order, the petitioner, after being released on bail is directed to co-operate in the trial either by appearing personally or through his lawyer in the trial Court on each and every date fixed by the trial Court. Non-compliance of the condition will result in cancellation of the bail bonds of the petitioner.
