Versus
The State of Bihar .... .... Opposite Party ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE NAVANITI PRASAD SINGH ORAL ORDER 03-03-2015 Petitioners are in custody since 3.9.2014 in connection with Brahmpur P.S.Case No. 188 of 2014, instituted under Sections 341, 323, 406, 420, 417 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
It is alleged by the informant that the two petitioners had approached him for getting his son employed in Railways. They had taken a substantial amount of money. Petitioner No.2 Ashok Yadav introduced himself as a Railway Officer in order to giving employment to the informant's son.
Learned counsel submits that petitioner No.2 is just about 18 years old and how could such a young boy pose himself as a Railway Officer. Apparently the dispute lies elsewhere and the petitioners have been falsely implicated.
Be that as it may, in the facts and circumstances, let the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc.
