The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 149, 188, 353, 269 and 270 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3 of the Epidemic Disease Act, 1897.

It is a case of creating the hindrance in discharging the officials duties in Corona period.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that petitioners were not apprehended at the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.43178 of 2021(2) dt.22-03-2022 2/2 spot. Petitioners have clean antecedent.

Learned APP appearing for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioners, above named in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Khagaria in connection with Khagaria P.S. Case No. 343 of 2021, G.R. No.1314 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
