JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 22-05-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 457, 380, 427, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation against the petitioner is that he along with other F.I.R. named accused persons having broken the wall of shop of the informant committed theft in the aforesaid shop. Submission on behalf of the petitioner is that petitioner is next door neighbour of the informant and title suit is pending between the parties.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above

No.33610 of 2019(2) dt.22-05-2019 2/2 named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur in connection with Muzaffarpur Town P.S.
