2. Petitioners in these two bail applications are seeking regular bail in connection with a case registered for the offenses under Section 307 and other allied Sections of the Penal Code, Section 52 of the Prisoners Act lodged asserting destruction

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.46196 of 2014 (3) dt.03-03-2015 2/2 of prison properties by the inmates in protest of shifting of two of their co-inmates to some other prison.

3. It is submitted on behalf of petitioner Ajeet Kumar @ Tullu that besides the present case he is also accused in two other cases. So far petitioner Md. Aslam is concerned, besides the present case he is accused in one another case.

4. Let the aforesaid contention be verified by the court below and if found correct, petitioners, named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 5,000/-(Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi in connection with Dumra P.S. Case No. 285/14.
