====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ANJANI KUMAR SHARAN ORAL ORDER 14-10-2020 Heard the parties through the virtual court proceeding. Since physical court proceeding is not functioning due to present Pandemic Covid-19, the matter is listed with defect. Learned counsel for the petitioner undertakes to remove the defect within three weeks of normal functioning of the court after the lockdown, failing which the office is directed to place the matter before the Bench.

This application has been filed for modification of the order dated 07.07.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No.14778 of 2020 for extension of time for furnishing bail bond mentioned in order passed.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been granted bail on 07.07.2020 passed in Cr.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.26833 of 2020(2) dt.14-10-2020 2/2 Misc. No.14778 of 2020, but due to lockdown, the petitioner could not surrender and furnish his bail bonds within the time directed by this Hon'ble Court.

Considering the same, let the period of surrender of the petitioner be extended by four weeks from today, in connection with Paroo P.S. Case No.70 of 2019 to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, Excise Act, Muzaffarpur. Rest of the condition as stipulated in the order dated 07.07.2020 as it is.
