Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner prays for grant of anticipatory bail in Gopalganj P.S. Case No. 178/2021 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 385, 386, 120(B), 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner has been found involved in the demand of Rangdari (extortion).
