The petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 302/201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

FIR is against unknown for murder of the informant's son.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. During investigation, brother, father and wife of the informant raised suspicion on the petitioner on the ground that the petitioner had taken some money from the deceased and in order to misappropriate the same, petitioner and others might have committed his murder. Informant is not the eye witness of the occurrence. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

In the event of arrest/surrender within six weeks from today, let the petitioner mentioned above be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate I, west Muzaffarpur in Saraiya Police Station Case No. 97 of 2019 , subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
