20-06-2022 Since both case arise out of same police station case number, and as such, both cases were taken up together and are being disposed of by this common order.

Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 406, 409, 420, 323, 120(B) and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation against petitioners is that they did not produce documents regarding the income and expenditure before the inquiry committee, which shows that they conspiring with each other misappropriated the government money. It is further alleged that on 07.01.2020, the petitioners with some unknown persons entered in the chamber of the complainant and abused him.

It is submitted on behalf of petitioners that petitioners have been falsely implicated in this case. After investigation, police has submitted final form and the allegation made against petitioners have been found to be false. Petitioners have clean antecedent Learned counsel for the University vehemently opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of petitioners. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let
