The petitioner seeks regular bail in a case under sections 25(1-b)A/26 of the Arms Act.

It is alleged that from possession of the petitioner one country made Pistol was recovered and for that the petitioner is in jail since 13.06.2014.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Mukesh Kumar, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Supaul in connection with Triveniganj P.S. case No.103 of 2014, G.R.
