The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. C1/57/18 for the offence registered under Sections 147, 148, 498(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Earlier notices have been issued to the sole opposite party no. 2 which have been received by the mother of the opposite party and the same is reported to have been validly served.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is always ready and willing to keep her with all respect and dignity and in the event of the fact that she returns to him, the petitioner shall ensure that there is no recurrence of

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest/surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of S.D.J.M., Sadar, Sitamarhi in connection with Complaint Case No. C1/57/18, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
