2. The petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Samastipur Town P.S. Case No. 121 of 2023 instituted under Sections 420, 467, 468, 419 and 120 B of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per prosecution case, the petitioner took a loan of Rs. 2,51,000/- from the informant-Bank pledging gold ornaments, but subsequently the ornaments were found to be spurious and not of gold.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though the petitioner denies the allegation, but she is ready to
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.31865 of 2025(2) dt.21-05-2025 2/3 return the outstanding amount as on date in four equal monthly installments to the informant-Bank for securing anticipatory bail.

The learned counsel appearing on behalf of informant-Bank submits that outstanding amount as on date is 3,25,000/- and if the anticipatory bail is granted to the petitioner, he has no objection, if the petitioner deposits the said amount in four equal monthly installments. However, learned counsels submits that no final orders may be passed and only the provisional bail be granted to the petitioner.

Having regard to the fact that the petitioner is ready to return the outstanding amount as on date in four equal monthly installments to the informant-Bank, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the Court below within eight weeks from today, be released on provisional anticipatory bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Samastipur, in connection with Samastipur Town P.S. Case No. 121 of 2023, subject to the conditions laid down in Section 482
(2) of BNSS.
7. On the date on which the petitioner furnishes her
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.31865 of 2025(2) dt.21-05-2025 3/3 bail bonds shall produce a demand draft of Rs. 85,000/- in the name of the Bank in question and only after furnishing the amount of Rs. 85,000/-, she shall be released on provisional anticipatory bail by the learned trial court. Thereafter, the petitioner will pay the balance amount in three equal installments in the next three months.
8. After the entire amount of Rs. 3,25,000/- is paid, the provisional anticipatory bail granted to the petitioner shall be confirmed by the learned trial court. If the petitioner fails to pay the entire amount, as stated above, the provisional anticipatory bail granted to the petitioner shall be cancelled by the learned trial court.
