ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 16-02-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner is in custody since 27.7.2014 in connection with Banmankhi P.S. Case No.203 of 2014 registered for the offences under Sections 344, 346, 366, 368, 376, 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3,4,5,6 and 7 of the Immoral Traffic (Prevention) Act, 1956.

The allegation against the petitioner is that she lured the informant to visit her son-in-law's house on the false promise to return back after two days, but then after ten days one Nurul Hassan compelled her to do immoral act and inducting her into prostitution for five months by confining her in a room. It is further submitted that, in fact, the informant has herself run away after quarrel with her family. Considering the aforementioned submissions and the period of custody, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on her furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Sandip Singh, learned Judicial Magistrate, Purnea, in connection with Banmankhi P.S. Case No.203 of 2014.
