The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Jaynagar P.S. Case No. 422 of 2020 instituted for the offences under Sections 414 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code read with Sections 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 03.12.2020, is a person with clean antecedent and charge-sheet has been submitted in the case. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that allegation is of recovery of a country-made pistol and a mobile. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case merely

Considering the fact that the petitioner is in custody since 03.12.2020, charge-sheet has been submitted in the case and the petitioner is a person with clean antecedent, let the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Madhubani in connection with Jaynagar P.S. Case No. 422 of 2020.
