The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Sections 363 and 366A IPC.
The informant made allegation that the petitioner kidnapped his daughter for marriage, while his daughter was going to the house of the maternal uncle.
It is submitted that the victim, in her written statement before the Police, has disclosed that she went to police station with the petitioner and from there, she went home with her father and brother. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate, (Railway), First Class, Samastipur in connection with S.P. Rail P.S.Case No. 02 of 2014.
